The Brew of Endless Water, while not creating a truly endless supply of water, does allow for about 100 applications of its watery contents. Using the Brew on the ground will place a water block at that location. Using it on a regular Cauldron, Witches' Cauldron or Kettle will fill the container with water (for only a single charge).

Placing the Brew into a Dispenser, will dispense a single block of water when the dispenser receives a redstone signal. If the dispensor is facing an empty Witches' Cauldron or Kettle when the water is dispensed, it will fill the container with water instead of placing the water block.
