Treefyd

A Treefyd is the result of magically mutating a plant to give it a degree of sentience and mobility. To create such a creature, a seed must be mutated. The seed must then by planted, and it will grow rapidly into a Treefyd.

Alternately a seed can be used on another Treefyd to clone it (including the list of players to ignore).

A Treefyd will remember its creator, ignoring it and other Treefyds. All other creatures it will attack mercilessly. Treefyds are not fast and they do not hit particularly hard, but they can take quite a few hits and their attack does cause blindness.

Using a Taglock Kit bound to another player or creature on an owned Treefyd will cause the Treefyd to ignore that entity. Using a taglock from the same creature a second time while sneaking (holding shift) will cause the Treefyd to attack that entity again. Interacting with an owned Treefyd (right-click on it) will show a list of which players and creatures it is currently ignoring. If a taglock kit from a villager or farm animal is used, this will cause all creatures of that type to be ignored by the Treefyd.

Using a Creeper heart on a Treefyd will raise its maximum health to 100 permanently and increase its damage by 1.

Using a Demon Heart on a Treefyd will raise its maximum health to 150 permanently and increase its damage by 2.

Using a Boline on a Treefyd will prevent the creature from wandering randomly (it will still move to attack). Use the Boline a second time to allow wandering again.

A Treefyd Seed is crafted using Mutandis Extremis, a Water Artichoke Globe, Ember Moss, Mandrake Root, Reek of Misfortune and Tear of the Goddess.

Using the seed on the ground causes a Treefyd to grow.
