Death can be summoned by attempting to bind five of each spectral undead to a fetish.

Death may drop the Hand of Death, Death's Hood, Death's Robes, Death's Footwear or Binky's Skull when defeated.

If a player is wearing all of Death's clothes and wielding the Hand of Death, they may be summoned when death is called.
