Leonard is the demonic being who is rumored to have taught a cadre of German witches their trade, and often presided over their sabbats. A coven skilled with the Witches' Cauldron can summon a Shade of the Demon according to the method described in the Witches' Brews book. Leonard will significantly increase the range of spells cast from a Cauldron (removing the dimensional restriction of such castings). He will also increase the risk of side effects occurring during such castings. Once summoned, the Shade of Leonard will not leave without being forcefully removed, which is by no means an easy task. When "slain", Leonard has been known to drop one of his prized urns amongst other trappings. |
