A Critter Snare is a plant that traps small creatures such as silverfish,
bats and small slimes that move into it. Creature can be released by right-clicking while sneaking (you may have to have an empty hand to avoid placing the held object) on
the snare. Snares can be broken and moved with the creature still in it. Snares containing caught critters are often used in mutation recipes. Four Critter Snares are created by placing a spider web over still water and
getting a zombie to be trapped in the web. The web must be surrounding
on four sides by Alder Saplings. Use a Mutating Sprig on the spider web
to mutate the saplings into Critter Snares. |
