A werewolf, is a Villager that has become infected with lycanthropy. Normally, the werewolf will act just like a normal villager. When there is a full moon, the villager will transform into their Wolfman form and attack players and villagers alike. The Wolfman form is very hard to kill, being resistant to most forms of damage. Silver weapons seem to be the best way to deal with them. Very rarely, a Wolfman will have been granted the ability to spread their affliction to other villagers and players, although this normally only comes about if the Werewolf receives the gift to do so directly from the deity responsible for this curse. Only the Wolfsbane flower is known to be able to detect an infected villager. |
