The Nullifying bolt is ammunition for the Witch Hunter Pistol Crossbow. The bolt is the Witch Hunters main weapon against Witches and other magic users. The bolt behaves like a Wooden Bolt in that it does 3 hearts base damage and penetrates Bark Belts and Baba yaga's thorns.

If fired by a player wearing the full Witch Hunter Armor set, it will also drain the target of 1/3 of their magical power and ignore any poppet-based protections they may have (Vampiric and Death Protection Poppets). It will also remove any magical potion effects (excluding poison and wither).

Firing such a bolt will also completely drain the shooters magical power if they have any.
