Minedrake

The Minedrake plant is the insane result of crossing a mandrake with a creeper. Quite possibly one of the the most complex and dangerous of all of the plant mutations! Dropping a Minedrake bulb onto the ground will cause it to awaken within about 3 seconds. An awakened Minedrake will head towards the target of whomever awaken it and explode (the explosion is quite small and does not damage scenery).

If a Minedrake bulb is not dropped by a player, but for example by harvesting, the Minedrake will still awaken after 3 seconds, but will chase after the nearest player! So pick the bulb up quickly.

Minedrake bulbs can be planted in tilled earth, and will grow about 1.5 times slower than a mandrake plant. Harvesting a grown Minedrake plant will always drop a single bulb and has a chance to drop a second bulb. A lot of bone meal is required to fertilize Minedrakes.

Mutating Minedrakes

To obtain a Minedrake, a witch must first mutate a Creeper with a Mandrake. This is very tricky and hazardous. The Creeper and awakened Mandrake must be trapped in a Cobweb above Still Water. Fully grown Mandrake Plants must be located on the four sides of the Cobweb. Four Grassper plants must be located on the diagonal corners of the Cobweb. The Grassper plants must hold a Charged Attuned Stone, 2 Mutandis Extremis and a Focused Will, in any order.
