A silver vat is an attachment for a Furnace that is used to capture any silver deposits that are left over when smelting Gold Ore. Simply place one or more silver vats on one of the side faces of a Furnace and begin smelting gold. Occasionally, some silver will be captured in the vat. Right-click on the vat to pick up the collected Silver Deposits. Multiple furnaces can be placed next to a single vat for better space efficiency.

Vanilla hoppers (or pipes from other mods), can be used to automatically extract any collected silver.

A Silver Vat is made from Iron ingots, a furnace and a bucket of water (you get the bucket back).
