Crystal Ball Step-by-Step

To create a Crystal Ball , follow this step-by-step guide:

Have an upgraded altar with at least 2000 power available (use a Skull and Chalice to increase power)
Have a kettle built
Create Happenstance Oil in the kettle
Go to the nether to collect quartz and make a Quartz Sphere
Get a gold ingot
Draw a heart glyph with Golden Chalk
Around the heart glyph draw a small circle with Ritual Chalk
Around the heart glyph draw a medium circle with Ritual Chalk
Drop the Happenstance Oil, Quartz Sphere and Gold Ingot in the middle circle, check there is still 2000 power in the altar
Wait until night time
Activate the heart glyph and wait for the Crystal Ball to appear
