Enchanted Broom Step-by-Step

To create an Enchanted Broom, follow this step-by-step guide:

Have an upgraded altar with at least 3000 power available (use a Skull and Chalice to increase power)
Have a kettle built
Create Flying Ointment in the kettle
Craft a Broom
Draw a heart glyph with Golden Chalk
Around the heart glyph draw a small circle with Ritual Chalk
Around the heart glyph draw a medium circle with Ritual Chalk
Drop the Flying Ointment and the Broom in the middle circle, check there is still 3000 power in the altar
Wait until night time
Activate the heart glyph and wait for the Enchanted Broom to appear
